What do I need to upload?
Upload the summons and every document that must be served with it (for example the petition or complaint and any exhibits). Please make sure the files are complete and readable.
How do I get proof that the papers were served?
When service is complete, we send you the affidavit of service.
What does Rush mean?
Rush means the first attempt is made within 24 hours, usually the same day. It is an add-on to routine service in any pricing area, for a flat fee shown when you order.
Can you serve more than one person at the same address?
Yes. Add additional people in step 1. Each additional person adds the fee shown for your service area. For people at different addresses, place a separate order for each address.
What if the person is outside Oklahoma, or I need another service?
Online orders are for Oklahoma service addresses. For other locations or services such as court filing, mobile notary or subpoena domestication, use the quote form or call (405) 473-5000.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and never pass through our website.

- Website and advertising information: if you arrive from an ad, we save the ad click details (such as campaign tags) with your order so we can measure which ads work. If analytics or advertising tags are active on this site, they may use cookies or similar technology.
How we use it
We use your information to review and carry out your order, contact you about it, send receipts and proof of service, answer questions, keep business records, and measure and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees it
Your order information and documents are used by our team and by the process servers assigned to your order. We use service providers to run our business, including Stripe for payments and Google services for email, file storage and advertising measurement.
Unfinished orders
If you upload documents but do not complete payment, the uploaded files are automatically deleted after about 24 hours.
